I request a suggested way to best resolve the mold/fungus growth in our crawl space, along with a cost estimate for the proposed solution. This is an enclosed crawl space that is about 130 square feet and is under an enclosed/conditioned breezeway. There is one HVAC duct running into it and entering up into the floor of the breezeway. The crawl space is built of pressure treated wood framing and siding with a dirt floor and the underside of the floor above is insulated with faced batt insulation. Mold/fungus is visible on the wood, dirt floor, and insulation. There are no vents in the space. There is a small access door to this space. Thank you.
