The only thing you could well improve is replacing the crawlspace door with one that is better in two respects: is NOT just a piece of plywood [prone to warping] hung by two small hinges and IS a door which seals the opening. After you left, I put in some weather stripping on the door you made & installed. I also decided to replace the door with a pre-hung unit made to order which I installed and painted. That'd be what a really good door replacement should be from your company. If you contact me, I can point you to the vendor I used. On a job costing more than $9000, an extra $100 for a really good door would be a lot better for your customers.
After I decided that encapsulating my crawl space was a good idea, I had, over time, two outfits bid on the job. While not exactly comparable in every detail, your company offered what I wanted at a better price.
