FootHills CrawlSpace started off as Air Scrubbers in New Orleans in 2001.

In September 2005 the company relocated to Tryon and was renamed Air and Moisture Testing.

We are proud to be members of the Polk County Chamber of Commerce, Indoor Environmental Standards Organization and Indoor Air Quality Association.

As a family owned and operated company, FootHills CrawlSpace is involved in many community projects. We like to participate in functions that return benefits to the area.

Our Carolinas Service Staff

FootHills CrawlSpace is a crawl space repair and mold remediation company.

John Salmon, owner holds certification as a Mircrobial Mold Remediator and Residential Mold Inspector. Our staff is able to collect air and swab samples for analysis by a certified lab to determine the type of mold spore present.

We evaluate the cause of mold intrusion. We then develop and implement a mold remediation plan. Our experience includes remediation projects in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina as well as serveral government buildings and historic sights in North Carolina.

In North Carolina we service Polk, Henderson, Rutherford, Cleveland and Buncombe counties. In South Carolina we serve both Spartanburg and Greenville counties.
