Proudly serving the Carolinas, including Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg and nearby
Prices were very competitive and often lower that other companies. They seemed to understand that issues with the floors and were very clear in their communications.
Love the results - so much better than a ventilated crawlspace. Temperature is steady, noises from crawlspace are reduced, less expansion and contraction under the house, etc. Just terrific system.

Staff called and set up an appointment and after reviewing the situation gave a price and date when the work could be accomplished. They met our limited time frame.
From begging to end, the sales staff, office staff, installation crew, and owner of the company has treated our house as if it was their own. We got four estimates and it was clear that Foothills was way above the rest as far as concern for what needed to be done. They have done everything as promised - and more. I highly recommend Foothills.
I was sick from the mold & mildew as I am very allergic. I am already feeling better and my crawlspace looks great, I'm a 64 year old female and I crawled under the deck to view it!! I look forward to seeing how it continues to function. They told me even though they were removing insulation my hardwood floors would be warmer. I thought "yeah, right", but they are! Wow, what a great added benefit.
These guys took the time to show me everything they did.
Professionally done and good results are evident.
Disappointed in the follow up
No one has been back to check the humidifier and we were told you would be back in six weeks
The only thing you could well improve is replacing the crawlspace door with one that is better in two respects: is NOT just a piece of plywood [prone to warping] hung by two small hinges and IS a door which seals the opening. After you left, I put in some weather stripping on the door you made & installed. I also decided to replace the door with a pre-hung unit made to order which I installed and painted. That'd be what a really good door replacement should be from your company. If you contact me, I can point you to the vendor I used. On a job costing more than $9000, an extra $100 for a really good door would be a lot better for your customers.
They were very knowledgeable about the situation and they responded to my phone call.
